Vene 21 Båt is the biggest boating event in the Northern Europe. It gathers together hundreds of exhibitors and in year 2020 it had over 70 875 visitors. Vene 21 Båt is an indoor boat show with emphasis on three major sectors: boating, fishing and water sports.

The largest boating event in Northern Europe, Vene 20 Båt – Helsinki International Boat Show, will bring signs of summer to Messukeskus, from 7 to 16 February 2020. The show will present new boats, equipment and accessories, plus everything you ever wanted to know about boating, fishing, and other water sports.
Visitors can look forward to demonstrations, performances and competitions, and top speakers on stage. Just add water.

Helsinki Boat-Afloat Show 2014
What a treat for boating enthusiasts: almost 300 boats are on display at the 2019 Helsinki Boat-Afloat Show. We also happily feature more marine and shore activities than ever before. And 2019 is the 3rd year with our latest theme, recreational fishing! Check out fishing boats, the best equipment and tips. To avoid queues, to save money and to enter the raffle for super prizes, buy your tickets in advance.
Friday is the biggest boat tryout day in Finland as there are boats available for testing at every dock from 4PM onwards.

Whether you need to brush up on your fishing techniques or to receive some tips for choosing equipment, you’ll have a fun day with us.
SMALL CRAFT
We’re happy to present a wide selection of small craft for various requirements and pursuits. Rowing and fishing boats as well as dinghies are on display.
EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES
All the most important suppliers of the boating industry will be participating the Helsinki Boat-Afloat Show. Meet them during one weekend. See the motors and equipment and make your decisions for the next summer. You’ll find choices for maintenance services, marine engines, or equipment and accessories.
MARINE FUN FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY
The Boat-Afloat Show is full of activities and adventures for the entire family. Enjoy sailing, SUP paddling and other water sports. We have fishing demos at Laakson Laiturit Fishing Boat Dock and maintenance work displays at the Venemestari Dock. Street food cafeterias serve delicacies from around the world.
Families with children will find the boat show particularly welcoming: Next to the piers there is a designated area for prams that is attended by event staff and available free of charge. Additionally, there are children’s life jackets available for borrowing so that families can visit the piers and board the boats with added safety. Visitors are also allowed to bring their dogs to the area.

Free bus service from the Lauttasaari metro station to the Boat-Afloat Show during opening hours. Uiva bus station is situated outside Lauttis Shopping Centre on the corner of Lauttasaarentie and Otavantie.
